Great river view and convenient location close to major attractions. Room service and front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom was outdated and had a musty smell. Disappointing continental breakfast with limited options which were not replenished in time.

Hotel was situated near tourist destinations like uffizi gallery. We liked everything at ritz including location and the food. Do recommend for everyone

Reasonable price, within walking distance from all major places of my interest
Very noisy - though my room faced a sidestreet, I felt like sleeping in a care near a highway. Equipment is not looked after - E.G. when we checked in 3 of 5 lamps didn't work

The hotel's location is a major advantage, as it is situated right on the river, offering stunning views. it is within walking distance of all the amazing attractions, making it convenient for budget travelers to explore the city without spending extra on transportation. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast served at the hotel is satisfactory and provides a good start to the day.
The bathrooms in the hotel are slightly dated, but still maintained well.

Location opposite the river was a great view for a city hotely.
We had a room at the front which did encounter noise from the road outside. Double glazing would help to reduce the noise.

Good concierges, helpful with a smile. Offers a key location in touristy areas. Decent breakfast.
Hotel looks run-down, not clean, beds are uncomfortable. Staff not friendly, rude and lack finesse.

It is a very expensive one-star hotel claiming to be 4 stars. The breakfast was worse than in a hostel, the windows in the couldn't be closed. It was draughty. The furniture - old... I am just wondering is this possible - first of all this place to have 4 stars and second to be part ot Ritz hotels, shame on Ritz

Excellent staff service. I temporarily lost my passport (left it in a cab) and the hotel staff immediately got on ther phone and located it and had it returned. (Note: I do not speak Italian).
Could use screen on their picture window to keep out insects

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Neighbour room was full of noisy people - walls did not have good sound isolation, so we were woken up when the youngster arrived, Breakfast was ok and location is good - walking distance from turistic points. Recomend for low budget trips.
Shower place didn't have a good flow of water through the drain, so after a minute you were stepping in a pool!...

The staff was professional yet warm. The location was excellent with a beautiful view of the Arno river, Piazzale Michelangelo, the Boboli, etc. The rooms are a bit spartan and some weatherstripping on the windows would help greatly to reduce overnight road noise. All in all it was a good choice due to it's lower cost and fine location.

Absolutely nothing. Very disappointed in the condition of the hotel rooms. There was little or no heat and we all froze. We left the next day to move to another hotel. I would not recomment the Ritz to anyone.
The condition of the Ritz was awful. No heat, poor quality breakfast. Managment was coutious and friendly but totally unable to correct the heat issue. The tempertatures in the city were record cold and they didn't have a solution to fix the heating systems in the rooms.
